All fares must be paid at the time of pickup.  In the event that the passenger modifies the destination by more than a 5 mile radious of the original destination, the passenger will be charged an additional .65¢/mile up to 15 miles.

Sometimes plans change. In the event that a passenger needs to cancel a scheduled trip, simply notify ODIGO up to 12 hours in advance for a FREE cancelation.  Any trips cancelled less than 12 hours in advance will be charged a $10 cancelation fee.

If a scheduled ride must be cancelled by the driver, the passenger will be notified at least 3 days in advance.  

If a ride must be cancelled due to road conditions resulting from weather, ODIGO will contact the passenger for alternate arrangments or cancellation as soon as possible.

Generally the vehicle that will receive you has the space for 4 passengers, as well as, two large travel bags, one medium travel bag or two small travel bags in the rear cargo area. With a lesser number of passengers, the rear seat can be folded downward to increase the cargo area.

Seatbelts and Child Restraints are required by law.  Passengers must wear a seatbelt and/or children must be in a DOT approved car seat or booster seat while the vehicle is in motion.

Tennessee state law (T.C.A. 55-9-602) mandates that a child be restrained in a booster seat through the age of 8 years AND measuring less than 4'9”. If your child is 8 years old or younger or measures less than 4'9” they must remain in a booster seat. Both criteria must be met.

It is requested that you do not eat or drink in the vehicle unless you have previously paid a $50 deposit.  This deposit will be returned once it is verfied that spillage did not occur during transport.

Smoking and Vaping is NOT allowed in the vehicle.

Tips are welcomed and encouraged. There is something about receiving a tip that makes a service worker feel as though they have done a good job.
